This 50 m² accommodation offers spectacular views of the sea and mountains thanks to its large glass window, and is equipped to ensure your comfort and rest. 🌅🏖️



The studio has air conditioning, heat pump heating and windows with thermal closures to maintain the ideal temperature all year round. In addition, it has high-speed fibre optic internet, perfect for teleworking or enjoying uninterrupted streaming. 🖥️📶



Its layout is practical and modern: a bathroom with a shower tray, fully equipped American induction kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and more), living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, and a rest area with a double bed separated by an elegant wooden panel that provides privacy without losing natural light. 🛏️🍳📺



The building has a lift, communal swimming pool and garden to relax and enjoy the sun.
