Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary depending on season or internal decisions.



The accommodation, located on a ground floor with access via stairs or a special lift for people with reduced mobility, has one unassigned parking space, whose availability may vary during high season due to community use. The agency and the owner are not responsible for this limitation.

The living-dining room is integrated with a fully equipped American kitchen, which includes a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils to make your holiday comfortable and straightforward. Rest is guaranteed in two bedrooms separated by a full bathroom with shower tray and laundry area. One of the main bedrooms has direct sea views and is equipped with a double bed, whilst the other offers two single beds and both rooms have windows to the outside.

The strategic location connects you easily with the A7 motorway to explore Málaga, its white villages and the interior of the province.
