Beautiful penthouse Studio Apartment Situated On The Beach With Glorious Panoram

This is the "Beautiful Sunrise" view from our balcony.!! The apartment is a large and spacious top floor penthouse studio apartment situated directly on La Cala beach.
The scenery therefore is beautiful and stunning with Panoramic Beach, Sea and Mountain views.. It’s private and beautiful pool/garden area has direct access to the beach!! This apartment is clean, homely and comfortable and adequately accommodates 2 to 3 people.Free wifi and English TV is supplied.The apartment has been a family holiday home for the past 28 years and not just a basic rental property! (we are also very flexible on arrival and departure days out of the summer season) There is a small supermarket and restaurant a few yards from the apartment. The beach restaurants are also very reasonable and offer local catches of the day! La Cala Golf Club is also close by and the town offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The picturesque town of La Cala is also conveniently placed to visit other areas on the Costa del Sol, should you have your own transport. Alternatively, there are regular buses running along most of the coast or if you are looking to just chill out! This is the perfect venue! (Certified by Junta Andalucia. VFT/MA/30585

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Fran's lovely apartment. It is by far superior to any other apartments I have stayed at in the area and it shows also how much she cares for her guests. It felt like home. Everything worked fantastically and the built in air con worked a treat. La Cala and surrounding area is just one of the best places to be. I would highly recommend and it was so perfect I'm going back for a longer stay in August again. Thanks Fran, so glad we've found the perfect place to stay when in La Cala now.

Comfortable 2 bed, bedsit penthouse apartment with great views across La Cala. Residencia Butiplaya is next to a sandy beach, but also has a large, secluded swimming pool. It is located by plenty of nearby beach restaurants and is within a comfortable walk to the bars and restaurants of central La Cala.

Clean and comfortable well-equipped studio apartment with fantastic views over Mijas Costa. Close to bars and some really good quality restaurants (El Olivio is just downstairs). Nice private gardens for sunbathing. Would definitely return.

We had a lovely week in our apartment it was spotlessly clean.lovely pool outside the gated property.we had everything we needed in there and more! It is situated in a lovely area with some lovely places to eat and drink.will definitely be returning...fabulous!!!

The property met all our expectations. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped and in a perfect location. The garden is a lovely place to relax in the sun with a great pool. Through a gate and you can walk to La Cala in a few mins or for a longer walk in the other direction. Loads of good cafes and restaurants along the way and sensibly priced.

Great clean and fresh apartment with stunning views of the beach and the mountains. Everthing you need for a good holiday. If you don't fancy the beach, the swimming pool and gardens are even closer than the beach which is 5 minutes away. Close to shops, bars and restaurants but not the sort of place for staying up all night partying. If you are looking for somewhere to relax in lovely surroundings, this is the place for you. Nothing negative to say about our stay even though we'd managed to leave the keys at home ( Fran arranged for meet up so we could get in the apartment. That's real service.) We will be coming back as soon as we can.

Nice small apartment in a very good location and view. One room with both a dubblebed and sitting furniture. The balcony is an extra room since it is behind windows. Small kitchen area which we did not use very much since there are lots of restaurants close by. The entrance to the building doesn't look so nice, but the garden and pool area is very nice and located just at the beach. Everything was fine for us and the owner was checking up that we found the apartment okay when we arrived. We can recommend this apatrment for not more than two persons. After many visits to La calla, must say this was the best apartment we have stayed at. Wonderful views, very clean, with everything you need, The beach is just at the bottom of the garden with the pool which is very well maintained. Excellent restaurants on the door step. Local markets twice a week, WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT. Thank you Fran once again for letting us use your wonderful apartment, We will be back next year. SUE & JOHN SHEFFIELD

We keep going back to Fran's apartment as it is one of the better ones in La Cala. In the heat of August the air conditioning kept us cool. We enjoyed the many local restaurants and cafes and after a year of hard work it really was the perfect place to relax, with everything close at hand, whilst still not being commercialised. Recommend to anyone, and especially to those who don't know the area already. Can't wait to return.

The apartment itself was great & had everything we needed & the location perfect; the pool was in the garden & the beach was literally at the bottom of the garden; great for walking, swimming or sunbathing & a boardwalk leading to next resort or to the many restaurants, shops & market stalls. Mijas has layers to it & we enjoyed exploring it. Local buses are regular & inexpensive & we visited Marbella & Fuengirola. There is a certain charm about Mijas & I will definitely return!

This lovely apartment has it all - views over the Med, on the beach with a pool surrounded by well-kept pretty gardens. It is light and airy, well equipped and very clean and comfortable (slept really well!) - the air-con is very welcome! If you want to cook at home and sit on the balcony overlooking the sea or go out there are loads of good restaurants within a short walk – we’ve been to most! We’ve had yet another great holiday in your lovely apartment and can’t wait to return. Thank you!

Nipped over at the last minute to get some rest bite before Christmas. We had a lovely restful time and when we weren't out and about visiting the gorgeous areas and La Cala, which we love, we were able to relax in Fran's beautiful apartment. She's recently installed a new air conditioning unit which worked so well and kept us warm in the evenings. It's a definite must as I know how hot it can get in the summer months. We intend going back in the summer now, as knowing there's an inbuilt air con unit we'll be cool. Thank you Fran for our lovely holiday in your beautiful apartment.

This was our second visit to the apartment and once again had an amazing stay. The apartment on our arrival was in an excellent conidition again and we had no problems whatsoever . The area is lovely and we will be returning hopefully in the near future. Thanks Fran for a lovely restful break.
