Great location, very central!

Nice place to stay however the food is not as good as it was originally at the pool bar. Overall location and apartments nice. Issues with shower & hot water 1sr & 2nd day with no apology

The stay in itself was good. However, the staff were not friendly in terms of directing us to our room and the room was available after 4pm.

We stayed for 10 days.We had ground apartment with big terrace /thank you/.We spent almost all time with grand children on pools .Plenty of sunbeds.No restrictions.Opened bar next to relaxing area.Plenty of space.Rooms kept nice and clean.All necessary accessories provided.Staff nice,friendly and helpful.We had fantastic time.We will back.

I travelled from Malaga airport to the property via train and bus. And a total cost of £5.00. Uber had wanted £78! The journey was very easy with a bus stop very near the property. I was a little confused where the key was until I looked to my right and noticed over sets of key boxes. The photos sent by the host made this easy. Opening the key boxes was simple. The hotel was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, and the service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing and unforgettable experience. Very nice hotel. Staff wonderful, can't do enough for you. Only downfall was that when I originally booked the price was quoted in GBP. It advised the hotel would take half the payment straight away. Once the booking was made I received a confirmation in GBP then another in Euros. The Hotel then converted the Euro to GBP and the difference was an additional £44.00 GBP making the exchange rate. £0.98 to the euro as opposed to £1.35 in the shops.

Beautiful hotel, the Manero bar is stunning, rooms and hotel immaculate. Only minor was the hot breakfast buffet was cold.

This is a very beautiful hotel. Amazing service from the reception to the room service. The staff at the restuarants get a 5 star rating. Spa is great for adults.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and friendly staff. Right in the heart of Marbella.Great access to public transport and walks on the promenade and the lovely old town. What a location .Definitely recommend.

We stayed at the hotel in the beginning of January. The weather was amazing. We did sun bathing and outdoors swimming. The spa is very clean and offers full rejuvenation. We enjoyed relaxing in the lush garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the main restaurant was exceptionally good. We would highly recommend this hotel to everybody who is after a relaxing holiday in a luxurious place.

This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre. Lovely room and a great breakfast. The real standout are the staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay again and actively seek out other hotels in this group.

Fantastic stay. Very nice hotel rooms, staff and food. Breakfast buffet has a big variety of cooked or continental. Pool area is very relaxed with plenty of loungers and you are allowed to take drinks into the pool if you'd like. We also played all three 18-hole courses on offer. Europa/America were top quality, challenging whilst not too long. The hotel is modern which is why we chose it for our stay. Reception staff was very welcoming and polite. Our room was spacious enough and very clean. The location of this hotel is also great-close to the old town,the beach and bars and restaurants. At the same time we didn't experience any noise from the street. We haven't had breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment. The rooftop bar is very nice but could be improved with little snacks provided with drinks such as nuts,crisps or olives....
