Stayed 1 night in May 2023 ### 4/10 Poor #### kouya 29 Jun 2022 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Staff & service 会員制のホテルで会員でなかったせいか、フロント係（男性）の対応が悪かった。気のせいかも知れないがそう思える言葉使いや態度が残念だった。 ##### kouya Stayed 1 night in Jun 2022 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Verified traveller 22 Jul 2021 Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 恐ろしい位の不潔さに加えて最低最悪な接客 3つ星、和室で2番目に良い部屋で、部屋の前面、湖との事 まず、"コロナ対策きちんとしてある的な清潔感あり"の文面を見て決めたが、ベランダに鳥糞だらけ、スリッパで踏んだ跡があり、前からの放置は一目瞭然、窓のカーテンレールが、蜘蛛の巣だらけで、ましてや虫嫌いなのに気持ち悪くてビューどころではない。 疲れているので寝転んだら、エアコン下の襖の縦の目隠し状の隙間全部、埃がびっしり。昨日今日のものではない。 これでは、絶えずホコリを吸い込む事になる。 到着後、入浴をし外食の為戻りが21時頃で、そこで劣悪さに気付いた。 直ぐ様フロントに支配人をお願いするも不在との事、電話に出た男性に部屋の汚さを見て貰って、部屋の交換を申し出たら、喫煙可の和洋室か和室どちらかの2部屋しか空いて無いと。煙草は嫌いだし臭いがダメなので和室を、そして掃除済みの部屋で。一時間程待たされ"今度は綺麗です"の言葉に確認すると、襖の目隠し状のものが埃だらけだと。 何の為に、掃除されて無い不潔な部屋へ移動？ 部屋を変えた、対応したという事実だけで全く解決になっていない、信じられない対応だった。 結局、煙草臭い和洋室しか無くて、臭いを確認しに行くと、不在だと言っていた支配人が現れた。 不在なのでは？と問うと、送迎で出ておりましたと。22時過ぎていて送迎？苦し紛れの言い訳。 戻ったなら、先に我々に謝罪に来るべきではないか？しかも劣悪な状態を伝えても平然としていた。 幼児用のスリッパ含め5〜6足並べてあり、前の宿泊客のものが片付けて無い状態。 言い訳がましく、急遽和室に替わられたのでと。 事実スリッパはそのまま片付けられていない訳で、ここしか空いて無いと言い張るので、そんな和洋室へ。 疲労困憊、頭痛もする中、夜遅くに部屋の移動。 翌日の運転もある中、結局睡眠も取れず。 朝食付きだったが、不潔さに麻痺したホテルの厨房って信用出来るはずも無く、朝食も取れずチェックアウト。 二度と利用することは無いし、若い頃から旅が好きで、ホテルや民宿に泊まり歩いたが、ここまで不潔で最低最悪な接客、対応、何れに置いても、 ワースト1。老朽化とかの問題では無い。 天気にも恵まれ楽しい旅が、一気に台無しにされ、嫌な思い出に変わってしまって残念さと憤りを払拭できない。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 1 night in Jul 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### KYOKO 12 Sept 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 最高な滞在でした ホテルのスタッフの方々の対応が素晴らしく、居心地の良い空間を提供してくれます。また、温泉も素晴らしく、仕事で利用したのですが、疲れが吹き飛ぶ気がしました。 ##### KYOKO Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2020 ### 8/10 Good #### \_Ruferesu 29 Sept 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities ##### \_Ruferesu Stayed 1 night in Sep 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### KATADA 4 Sept 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort ##### KATADA Stayed 1 night in Jul 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### ?? 2 Aug 2024 ##### ??
