"Stayed 2 nights. Walkable to the beach both the public area and the private clubs where you can rent an umbrella/cabana. Beach is sand (gets very hot - need flip flops or water shoes). Drivable to grocery store and other small towns. It’s like being in a resort (apparently it used to be a hotel). Great views."

"Overall was good! Property manger was great and really communicative. Bathroom was aged but property was clean and beds were all prepared as needed when we arrived. Elevator access so that was nice with luggage’s. you do have to walk into the property as it’s a difficult road for taxis to drive down. "

"Francesco was awesome! He was very helpful with giving a list of things to do in Pisa. He included some small things for breakfast along with fresh bread which was awesome and very helpful. Check-in process was quick and efficient, where he was there to walk through the property and answer any questions I had. 11/10 would recommend you to stay here when in Pisa as the location was perfect.
