The home is spacious and clean and is located directly across from the main campground hall and office. It is between a 15-20 minute drive to Bucknell - on local roads. We were attending a family reunion in a nearby town, and needed a place to stay nearby. This was close and convenient, but provided the unexpected benefit of giving the disorganized branch of the family a landing spot for visiting, prepping and catching up before and after the reunion. I had attempted to contact the property owner multiple times before our stay to ask about the air conditioner situation since we would be there in July. I had to get them to respond from VRBO customer service. Once I did get ahold of them I was told that the rooms had air conditioners. That was not the case, so I felt a little misled. Upstairs had one unit in the tv room and the 2 bedrooms were very hot during the day. Downstairs had 2 units which was ok with some fans on, but not ideal.The sheets and towels were clean. Some of the floors were not cleaned well or spotty. The kitchen had crumbs on the floor and a steady stream of ants. The ants were there for our entire stay which was a nuisance, even with a couple of traps that had been set out.Some of the beds were pretty worn out, but we found the ones that were best to sleep. It was a short stay, but our expectations just didn't match reality. Sheets and towels were clean. The internet and TV were good.
