Bugs are more important than people in Germany. No screens on the windows and a wasp nest above the bathroom window. Mosquitos bit me all night. There are hookups for a washer and dryer but only if you bring your own. No

Hochwertige Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Ferienwohnung schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Nette Vermieterin. Sehr gute Lage - weit genug entfernt von der lauten Bundesstrasse, aber schöbe Innenstadt zu Fuss in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Schliersee 5 km, Tegernsee wenig weiter. Sehr schöne Region.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit! Sie haben die Wohnung gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Fußläufig sind nicht nur Bäckerei, Lebensmittel - und Drogeriemarkt erreichbar(ca. 5 min), sondern auch die Innenstadt (10-15 min). Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Reisen zu Chiemsee, Tegernsee und Starnberger See- egal ob mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles Bestens, gerne wieder

Sehr herzliche Vermieter für alle Fragen ein offenes Ohr. Wohnung entspricht ganz den Fotos. Sehr ruhig, da gute Fenster verbaut. Alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Parkplatz etwas eng. Alle Seen der Umgebung in kürzester Zeit gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen bei Petra. Tolle, saubere Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut um in Miesbach selbst aber auch in der Umgebung Ausflüge zu machen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 6min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Tolle saubere Wohnung. Ideal für Familie mit größeren Kindern, da zwei tolle getrennte Schlafzimmer. Sehr gute Anbindungen durch BRB und somit viele Ausflugsziele mit der Bahn erreichbar wie z.B. München, Rosenheim oder Kufstein. Aber auch zum direkten Loswandern sehr gut geeignet. Schliersee und auch Tegernsee mit wenig Aufwand sehr gut zu erreichen. Immer wieder gern.

Ein Rund um ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, Danke!

Ich möchte einmal mit dem negativen anfangen. Es fährt kein Bus von der Haustür los, der direkt vor der Eisdiele in Miesbach hält. Man muss tatsächlich 10 Minuten gehen. ;-) Nun zum positiven. Wir haben liebenswerte und sehr freundliche Gastgeber vorgefunden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und uns einfach nur wohl gefüllt. Obwohl die Bundesstraße gleich um die Ecke ist, war es sehr ruhig. Auf dem kleinen Balkon konnten wir den ersten Kaffe und das letzte kalte Getränk zu uns nehmen und dabei die frische Luft genießen. Man muss auch nicht weit laufen oder fahren, um mit den ersten Wanderungen zu starten, es kann gleich vor der Haustür begonnen werden. Ich könnte noch soviel mehr schreiben, oder einfach nur „wir kommen gerne wieder“. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche in Kleinthal 1, in Miesbach!

Das Apartment ist komplett neu. Es war super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Tolle Tage in einer sehr schönen Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der erst vor kurzem renovierten Wohnung von Beginn an sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber, hell und hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung hat kaum Wünsche offen gelassen. Selbst für Kleinigkeiten wie Müllbeutel, Spültücher, Spülmaschinentabs und Geschirrhandtücher war gesorgt. Auch für den ersten Kaffeedurst gab es eine entsprechende Ration. Da wir sehr viel unterwegs waren, konnten wir den Garten leider nicht ausgiebig nutzen. Die Kinder haben aber doch ein wenig Zeit auf dem direkt zugänglichen Spielplatz verbracht. An sich liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig, aber zentral. In kurzer fußläufiger Entfernung gibt es einen Bäcker, einen DM und einen Edeka, Tankstelle und ein Fahrradgeschäft. Aber auch andere Supermärkte und Apotheken sind nicht weit entfernt. Auch für Ausflüge liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr zentral, wenn man verschiedene Ziele (z.B. Schliersee, Tegernsee) ansteuern möchte.

Super gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr modern und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Auch im Garten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Familie Probst ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt und findet alle Geschäfte die nötig sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Es waren tolle Tage in Miesbach.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, auch mit drei Kindern

Mit drei Kindern eine Wohnung zu finden, ist nicht immer einfach! Wir haben den Anspruch, dass die Kinder ein eigenes Zimmer haben und wir Eltern noch die Möglichkeit, uns abends auf dem Sofa zu entspannen.und genau das hat uns diese Wohnung bieten können. Die Kinder hatten gemeinsam ein gemütliches und geräumiges Zimmer. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch das Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr stilvoll. Besonders ist das wunderschöne Bad zu erwähnen. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zu wenig. Und die ganze Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet, dank eines großen Dachfensters, denn die Räume sind sehr hoch. Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet und man könnte sich sogar mit seinem eigenen Netflixaccount auf dem TV anmelden (war für uns nicht notwendig). Reisen wir nochmal an den wunderschönen Schliersee, ist diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall unsere erste Adresse!
