The entrance area features a guest WC and a cloakroom with ample space for your belongings. The wide hallway leads to the open-plan living and dining area, furnished with a cozy dining and sofa corner with TV and a wood-burning stove for warmth in winter. The well-equipped rustic kitchen invites you to cook and linger. The large sun terrace, accessible from the living and dining area, offers a comfortable seating area, two sun loungers, and a fire bowl—perfect for relaxing outdoors. A laundry room with sink, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a small pantry, are also accessible from the hallway. Upstairs, reached via a solid staircase, you will find three spacious country-style bedrooms for up to six guests. Two rooms have access to the balcony. The bright, spacious bathroom with natural light features two sinks, WC, walk-in shower, and bathtub. The idyllic holiday home "Kehlpoint" is set on the edge of the forest, surrounded by greenery, offering peace and seclusion, yet only a few minutes by car from Miesbach. Schliersee, Tegernsee, and the Bavarian mountains such as Wendelstein, Taubenstein, and Breitenstein are all within easy reach. In winter, the Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld ski areas invite you to enjoy winter sports. Schliersee and Tegernsee offer numerous wellness centers, spas, sulfur baths, and swimming pools. Bad Tölz, Rosenheim, Bad Aibling, and the Austrian border are only 30 minutes away by car. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided.
