Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. The pool wasn’t open which was a shame as it was 26 degrees whilst we were there. I would definitely stay there again as it was so close to the medieval city.

They were so accommodating and so friendly. We were exhausted from our flight and we slept way way late, even past the late checkout time. They were so nice about it. The coffee and tea and little pastries made available were delightful. The location can't be beat.

Not very often you get to stay in a fabulous Hotel found within castle walls in a medieval city built some +800 years ago. An amazing experience for my daughter and I made all that more special due to five star service and extraordinary dining and amenities.
Highly recommended.

Breakfast was prepared to order with eggs, bacon, breads/croissants, fresh fruit, yogurt, muesli, etc. Relaxed setting on the terrace.
Only 7 rooms. Felt very well taken care of. Extremely attentive staff. High quality in every sense.
