"Place was run down, room was ok but the shared bathroom/toilet was atrocious! The bloke at reception had an awful attitude from hello, he was the rudest host I have ever dealt with and the female at reception was no better. I suggest finding a different career than hospitality ... WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!"

"Well maintained and equipped apartment in an convenient location.Apartment was in a building further down the road than reception and while parking was available for a fee, the carpark was a very tight fit even for a small car. Gentleman at reception was friendly, efficient and helpful with clear instructions on getting to the carpark and apartment. Apart from the carpark issue, the patio door and windows couldn’t be secured which was concerning. Generally good value for money "

"Amazing view! Clean room. Nice staff. Parking is in a nearby parking garage. No hand towel, no lotion, and only a combined shampoo/conditioner included in the room’s amenities. "

"Only have one main concern, The first staff we met when we arrived early ( before check in time) he was not friendly and helpful. He did not even do any kind of greeting when he saw us. The rest of the staff were polite & helpful. Overall my experience is good."

"The mirror inside my pod fell off the wall and hit me on my back at 3am in the morning due to the guy above me constantly moving around. The manager was informed and did nothing but offered me a free coffee. The mixed dorm was terrible, bad smelling socks and shoes lying everywhere. I requested a move and the ladies dorm was a lot better and more tidy. At night, it was noisy from the door and people going in and out. Guests were considerate and didn’t talk on phones or have ringers on. Staff could at least advise guests to lock up their shoes and socks in the provided lockers to keep the rooms smelling and looking better. Also, house keeping should come in daily to empty trash and spray air fresheners . Our dorm had the same trash in the can for days. This place wasn’t the worse but definitely not the best!"

"Staff were wonderful, so helpful & attentive. The room was very clean and well appointed, beds were very comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. We did have some issues every night with the air con automatically switching to a temperature that was too warm. The lack of the provision of any cold drinking water in the room was a bit of an issue however, we didn't have time to ask housekeeping about this. I'm sure they would have addressed this for us if we'd raised it with them. "
