Dir Mitarbeiter sind nicht sehr freundlich und haben uns anfangs einfach noch mal das sehr teure Frühstück zahlen lassen. Erst als wir zum 3. Mal diesen Fehler mutierten, wurde uns das Geld zurück erstattet. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich schön, aber aber teuer. 50 Euro für ein Frühstück für 2 Personen muss man erst einmal abessen."

"Breakfast is excellent, hard to beat. We got a top floor room with a nice view. Room was clean and I had no problems with noise. The hotel is conveniently located to the promenade and the beach. My stay was good, the only problem I had was with the billing. I got a $1400 charge in addition to the nightly rate that I was communicated. After a lot of back and forth and getting Expedia involved, I did eventually get the money back, but it wasn't the full amount (maybe because of the exchange rate...

"after 700 nights booked (and having 95+ % great experiences) we are quite simply shocked and near speechless about the horrors of this place. to cut it short: no heating. no hot water, no wifi (they gave us a password that didnt work with anything). when we wrote them that we can not proceed with the night wearing jackets and having no heating, they completely IGNORED us (all 3 messages) but wrote back another wifi password that "we can try".... the place looks and feels like an abandoned dump...
