Expedia showed this hotel as a 4 star. It's the first 4 star hotel where there's no room service for customers that stay more than a day. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner, and skin lotion. We had a great difficulty to set the temperature in the room so we had to go several times to the reception to have them set it. Breakfast is crazy expensive (65 lpz). Location is not very convenient.

Wonderful walkable safe location. I enjoyed walking to the nearby park each day to read and met lovely people. Very clean, unique hotel with comfortable beds. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. I would love to stay here again.

Very clean room and nice breakfast.
A bit far from main atractions but well connected by public transportation.
We were staying for Metallica concert and prices were higher than what you would expect. I suppose rates are lower with no special events in the city.
