The house was tidy, but the walls were very dirty, The pictures of the outside are misleading. The play area isn't in the backyard, it is in a very small front yard, so we didn't feel that it was safe to let the kids play out there without adults always out there. In the pictures it shows a covered patio with a BBQ, that patio is attached to a different house that is behind the house we rented, so it wasn't able to be used. ##### Ginger R.
