"Most of our stay was great! My only comments would be the elevators gets busy sometimes so you have to work around that. The other thing is if you want to use the pool at the top of the building, you have to check if its available or not. When we were there end of March and beginning of April, it was closed."

"The buffet breakfasts were amazing! The restaurants room & staff wonderful. beautiful views. I love how the snack restaurant is open late with well priced options very very comfortable rooms with a bath! And you can buy Disney souvenirs and skip the queues at the park :) checkin was great but finding the place was terrible! coming by train late at night from Tokyo was a disaster literally took over an hour - blame Disney. as the park was closing crowds of people but no staff anywhere! The directions on the walls were tiiiiny & discreet. Japanese do not like large colourful signage. so I walked in the wrong direction to try get on monorail. It’s not made for easy entry if you do not get on it at Disneysea - turn left go towards ‘IKSPIARI’ but not into it. ticket purchase is also impossible to figure out so I just rode it for free after I tried triggering emergency by pushing through the gate without a ticket. Heaven forbid someone have a genuine emergency as We had many many years ago at Sentosa monorail .my child could have fallen onto the tracks another passenger saved him impossible to exit monorail & find hotel. No signage on the hotel itself was visible at night from monorail side-it’s low down not illuminated. Just sign at ground level to a shuttle bus wait 8 mins which takes you literally across the street ! if there were proper directions on the pavement suitable for pedestrians you can walk there in 5 mins. Not 20-I walked into car park out again up a car ramp."

"Good location nice clean hotel our room had no closets so we had to keep all I. Suitcases but that was fine with us we stayed there 4 nights. Clean bathrooms . Our room was small but again we only spent the night so for the good price was perfect. There is a place there for breakfast for take out or eat in the lobby with excellent food baked goods freshly made sandwiches. 15 to 20 min walk to south Shinjuku station I would stay there again. Friendly staff "

"This was such an amazing stay. The ambiance of the hotel was so warm and welcoming, as were the staff. They’d refresh our room everyday without miss. I loved the dimmable lights. The breakfast buffet was also amazing with so many options, we’d go late morning so there’d usually be a wait but it moved very quickly. It was always worth the wait. Whenever we go back to Tokyo I will look forward to staying here again!"

"Great hotel. Central location. Shinjuku station was easy walk. Great for getting anywhere. Hotel clean and comfortable. Plenty to eat and see. Nightlife outside was interesting but did not interfere with enjoyment of hotel stay. Godzilla theme was cool."
