The hotel is very conveniently located at Terminal D of DFW, which makes it extremely practical for travelers.
However, my experience late at night was disappointing. I arrived at 10:15 pm and the main restaurant was already closed, with only the bar open. There was no 24-hour full menu service, only a very limited late-night menu that was both unappealing and overpriced.
For a Grand Hyatt, and especially for an airport hotel where guests arrive at all hours, this is a significant gap. This is an area that clearly needs improvement.

Great accommodating hotel, provided me with accommodation at 0500 hours in the morning prior to check in time. Our flight was delayed due to weather. I can’t think them enough! 5 star ratings!
