I enjoyed this hotel. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive, it’s in a great location and the smell of the room was awesome, can’t really say anything bad about this place. If you’re in Odessa and need a place to stay, book this hotel

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel was in poor repair. It wasn’t terribly dirty, aside from the hall carpeting, but the furniture, fixtures, and carpeting could stand to be replaced. So much was torn or falling apart. The second floor hallway felt as though it had sunken spots. The elevator seemed like it might not make it to our destination. I was confused by the customer rating.
