We have 4 bedrooms with 2 full and 2 half baths, large, eat in kitchen with a connecting family room; living room, dining room, backyard deck with grill, and wooded lot. You will be about 5 minutes from our favorite restaurants, soccer complex, tennis center, country club, movie theater, shopping, Dow Gardens; and MidMichigan Medical Center, and only 7 minutes to downtown Midland.

Perfect for our group
What a great home for our group of family and friends! Plenty of room to relax and spread out. The kitchen had all the necessities for us to easily cook our favorite meals. The kids loved getting to play table tennis and just hang out and chill. If we’re ever back in Midland - we’ll definitely look this place up again.
