The staff were all friendly and helpful, from the desk people to housekeeping. The room was clean and everything was working. I would happily stay there again."

We told them that it was our anniversary and insulted us by giving us one small bag of popcorn. Not two but only one. The free breakfast was bagged with rude staff and we were supposed to get a free walking tour from the hotel and it was not available; it was only from other sister hotels."
