The Space:

Upstairs: The upper level features a thoughtfully designed layout. The living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating an open and inviting space. Bedroom 1 boasts a luxurious king-size bed. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and an attached private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids, with a bunk bed that includes a twin/double configuration. There are two full bathrooms upstairs: the Master Full with a shower stall and the Main Full with a shower/tub combination. Downstairs: The lower level offers a comfortable living area with a couch, TV, and a piano for entertainment. The dining area features a full table with seating for eight guests. The kitchenette is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Bedroom 4 provides a queen-size bed. A third full bathroom with a shower stall is conveniently located downstairs. Outdoor: Enjoy the large, private, fenced yard, a spacious patio, and a grill for outdoor cooking and relaxation. Parking: You'll have access to off-street parking in a private driveway, as well as a 1-car garage. Location: Situated on a quiet side street in a peaceful neighborhood.

Please take note of the following: Our home is conveniently located near Newport's top attractions! Enjoy easy access to two public beaches (less than a mile away), the Cliff Walk entrance (1.2 miles), and Newport's famous mansions (2 miles). You're also just a 7-minute drive from the shops on Thames Street and close to hiking at Sachuest Point National Wildlife Refuge. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets under 20 pounds are allowed with prior approval, and charges may apply. Please be aware that quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Additional house rules include no parties or unregistered guests, maintaining a clean space, and no use of confetti. Please remove shoes upon entering. No bonfires are allowed. The use of the grill and outdoor umbrella requires proper care. Free parking is available on the street.
