This cottage is well thought out, yet still retaining the charm that keeps it very Newport! Delightful 2-bedroom, 2 bath, one level cottage within a quick stroll to Pebble Beach! Pebble beach is a local's secret and perfect for a late afternoon visit with a beverage and cheese board! Bring some water shoes because it is all pebbles! Pet's and kids love to explore there! You are only a mile from Third beach which is a lovely family swimming spot and right down the road is Second beach which is my favorite beach for boogie boarding and surfing! Bath house and snack shack are located at second beach for an easy day at the beach. We recently purchased this property and updated with all new furnishings and fresh interior paint! The mattresses are a dream to sleep on and very comfy!! We recently added a fold down sofa in the oversized king bedroom for guests or kids. (extra sleeping space) The cottage spans one level with the bedrooms located on opposite ends from one another making it a perfect place to share with friends or another family. The first, is an oversized king bedroom, with a fold down sofa and bathroom attached. The second is a sweet sunlit queen bedroom. The second bathroom is right outside of this room and also has the stacked washer/dryer located in it. The kitchen is charming and painted a nautical navy blue and is fully stocked with spices, service for 6 and pots and pans. The kitchen opens directly out to the living room with a smart TV. Through the French doors, there is a dining room with seating for 6 people. If desired, it would also make a nice, quiet workspace or study area. The deck is awesome and has outdoor seating for 4 people, which leads right onto a large yard which is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset. Both kids and pets love playing out here! Yard big enough to play volleyball or have a wiffle ball game! (yes we are pet friendly) The location is second to none as you are surrounded by multimillion dollar homes! Newport is less than 3 miles away, which hosts award winning restaurants, bars and shopping! Enjoy Newport Vineyards winery on your way to the Polo matches which are right down the road!! You have the ability to come back to a peaceful quiet setting while close enough to partake in all that Newport has to offer. Pets are welcome, with a small fee. There are beach chairs, beach towels and a gas grill located on the deck with seating for outdoor dining. AC mini splits and also parking for 2 cars.
