YELLOWWOOD COTTAGE - Private Outdoor Space Sophisticated Sunny Luxurious Indoor

Tucked off a rural road and surrounded by trees on three acres 1/2 mile east of the quaint village of Middleburg. This completely renovated cottage has four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all bright, fresh and beautifully appointed with modern and sophisticated furnishings.

You will love the white china and twig flatware as you dine at the glass topped chrome table to seat 6. A modern and sophisticated kitchen has high end appliances and cookware and a large island that looks out windows in three directions.

Kick back with a glass of wine on a comfy club chair as sun beams in on three sides around you or work at the desk that overlooks the large yellowwood tree.. Large TVs on articulating arms can be adjusted for those "not to miss" games both upstairs and in the walk out basement rec room.

A deck allows you to effortlessly wander out for a quiet conversation or stretch out overlooking the serene landscape.

All bedding is new and fresh with options that include two queen rooms, one room with a pair of twin beds; one bunk room with full size bed down and twin up. Bathrooms are efficient, modern and luxurious.

Great hideaway very close to Middleburg

The cottage was perfect for our family who were visiting Middleburg for a wedding. Easy to find, very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and ample parking for multiple cars. We had a great time exploring Middleburg, hiking in Sky Meadows and lunch at Delaplane Cellars. Beautiful area.

Perfect Girlfriend Getaway

Lovely, well-equipped little house right outside of town. The fireplace was even set for us, but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. (Too busy with shopping, dining out, spa-ing and wine tasting with Cork and Keg tours😂). Would definitely stay here again.

A Lovely Girls Weekend!

We had a great time at this wonderful property! It slept 5 of us comfortably, with ample space for hanging out and sharing meals (including sufficient bathrooms!). The location cannot be beat - it's beautiful and peaceful in and of itself, and then provides very easy access to the adorable downtown area of Middleburg + the various wineries in the area. Cozy rural respite

Six of us girlfriends from college stayed for a long weekend. The location is amazing and close to downtown Middleburg - which is good because we couldn’t get an uber/lyft home from dinner :). House is spacious, cozy and has everything you need. We had a few creepy crawlies join us now and then, but overall it was excellent and the host is responsive.

Wedding weekend with friends

Yellowwood was the perfect house for six college friends who were visiting Middleburg for a friend’s wedding. The beds were comfortable, the house immaculate, and check in and out could not have been easier. The house is a split level, with a large family room down stairs and two bedrooms and a full bath. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. The space is clean and light and we very much enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone who will be visiting the Middleburg area.
