"This property is ideal for a family or friends visiting Nashville — especially with a dog. The fenced-in back yard gives pups a great place to get their Zoomies out. And the two car parking garage adds to the overall value of this updated, modern interior, 3-bedroom house. (Parking downtown is expensive.) The location is incredibly close and convenient to Broadway, restaurants, etc. Management is extremely responsive and courteous. My only hesitation in recommending this place so highly is that...

"We loved our stay at this house. It was perfect for us and had everything we needed and more. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped, privacy fence in back - I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. The decor is perfect for Nashville - we loved it! I honestly can’t think of anything negative about our stay and will stay here again when in Nashville."

"This was a perfect place for our family weekend. The property is beautiful and well appointed. It had everything we needed for the weekend-ample space, comfortable beds, nice linens and well stocked kitchen. Owners have thought of everything! We brought games and cards from home and were pleased to see a closet full of the same! The location was close to great restaurants, grocery, etc. I will definitely save this one for the next time!
