Walking distance from dunes and hinterland.  The house was completely renovated in 2017 and can accommodate 8 people. The kitchen, toilets and bathroom are brand new, as well as all the furniture in the house. There are 3 separate bedrooms, with new high-quality beds and mattresses, with a special hygienic protective cover : - room with double bed (160 x 200) and baby cot - room with double bed (140 x 200) - room with two bunk beds (90 x 200 each) Ideal for a holiday for 4 adults, 4 children (and a baby). Enjoy the sunset in the garden or on the spacious terrace (25 m²), with garden furniture in teak and a comfortable outdoor lounge. Facilities: garage under the house (with automatic gate) Wifi, Digital (Smart) TV, Nespresso machine, bicycles: 1 ladies' bike with child seat 1 men's bike 2 children's bikes (1 for 10 years and 1 for 6 years) 1 scooter 1 very small bicycle (without the training wheels) Wagon, baby bed, beach toys,... Pets and smoking inside are not allowed. Wifi: yes - garage: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
