This corner apartment on the ground floor is perfect for a comfortable and hassle-free seaside stay. It features three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with a bunk bed – ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people. The cozy living room benefits from large windows and lots of natural light, and includes a fully equipped open kitchen. The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a separate toilet, ensuring comfort and convenience. The residence has a central location, directly by the park, and is within walking distance of the seafront, the new Casino, and various shops. A tram stop is very close by. Thanks to its ground-floor layout, this apartment is also perfect for guests with limited mobility. Wifi: yes - garage: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.   
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
