Twee slaapkamers zonder deur waarvan 1 uitkomt op de gang en de andere kan je betreden met de trap in de slaapkamer zonder deur. De slaapkamer boven heeft ook geen deur. Geen woning voor koppels. Das Haus liegt etwas hinter der ersten Reihe der Strandpromenade, ist dadurch aber schön ruhig gelegen. Die Küstentram hält gleich in der Nähe. Alles im Haus funktioniert und man hat viel Platz sich auszubreiten. Die Zimmer sind teilweise offen (ohne Tür), für Familien aber kein Problem. Im Garten ist viel Platz für Aktivitäten.
