Furthermore, the house has 2 parking spaces and a large garden, where you can enjoy a delicious apero in the sun in the lounge while the kids play in the sandbox! It has everything you could need for a family vacation! Bed linen and towels are provided. The Space: The large living area, which is located on the first floor, is spacious and welcoming. With seating for all guests, this living area is perfect for socializing with your family or friends. From the balcony you can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee! The open kitchen features modern kitchen devices and offers a wide selection of cookware and dinnerware (including several coffee makers, juicer, blender and toaster). Thanks to the large oval table, everyone can enjoy a delicious meal together! On the second floor there are 3 double bedrooms with electric box springs and a modern and spacious bathroom with both bath and shower. A large, bright room on the third floor accommodates 4 single beds with TV. The outdoor space of Dune House is just as wonderful as the inside. The garden is furnished with a covered lounge, sun loungers and a sandbox for the kids! A BBQ is also available! There is room for 2 cars in the garage. A second shower is also available on the ground floor. Furthermore, you can also use an electric charging station for your car! In the garage there is also an extra fridge and freezer available! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the house and its facilities. Other Things to Note: PET: 1 pet is allowed in Dune House. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this. PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT: If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500\. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area.
