Super saubere Wohnung, gute Lage zum Strand und Dienstleistungen wie Geschäften, Restaurants und Straßenbahn. Küchenutensilien sind minimal, keine Pfanne zum Eierkochen. Es war ziemlich laut und wir hatten viel Ärger mit unseren Nachbarn im Obergeschoss, das Gehen und Schieben von Stühlen usw. war sehr nervig!
