The open, fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The studio offers a sleeping nook with a fold-away bed for 2 people and an automatic inflatable mattress for 1 person. The bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet provide extra comfort. With a surface area of 50 m², this studio perfectly balances space, comfort, and modern charm. The residence stands out with its unique architecture, combining a historic façade with clean, contemporary lines. A high-quality and tastefully decorated studio, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a refined seaside getaway. Wifi: yes - parking: included - sheets: bring your own - towels: bring your own.
