Modern Oceanfront Home with Pool, Outdoor Showers and Private Tennis Court

  • Satori Ocean House is equipped with wide door openings with stunning views and refreshing breezes. As you sit at breakfast you will look in one direction to dramatic oceanside cliffs, pummeled by waves and high sea spray. Turning to the other direction you will see white capped surf finding its way to a beautiful sandy bay lined with coconut trees. In the evening you can sit on the rooftop patio and watch the sun set over the hills and marvel at the wide expanse of the Atlantic Ocean around you.

    The house has a Main Unit and 3 Studio Rooms each of which have their own exterior entrance and private patio and pool. These rooms are independent and private and there are no shared spaces between rooms. The property includes a private tennis and pickleball court and a neighbouring secluded sandy beach.

    The Main Unit is the feature unit of the House, with a full kitchen, large open living room and bedroom with private bath and outdoor shower. The living space opens to patios north and south and adjoins a 60' pool spanning the length of the living area. The kitchen has a full sized stove, oven, dishwasher and a large island with seating for 8. A rooftop patio beckons for early morning yoga sessions and evening drinks as the sun sets over the hills of St Lucia.

    The Studio Rooms are spacious and each have a private entrance, kitchenette with 4 burner range-top, toaster oven, sink and fridge, and a private bathroom which features an outdoor shower. French doors open to the north patio and glass folding doors open the space to the south patio and your own private plunge pool.

    The house is ideal for groups of up to 8 people. Share the main living space, kitchen and rooftop patio and 60' pool in the main unit. Guests can retire to their own Studio Room to enjoy the private pool and patio or to have a coffee, breakfast and other meals on their own.

    The base rate is for up to 2 persons in the main unit. There is a fee for extra guests who will occupy studio rooms - the rate is based on double occupancy. An extra room for single occupancy is available for a fee.

    Artificial air conditioning is not needed in the house since cooling is provided from the constant sea breezes and wide door openings. Ceiling fans are provided directly above the bed in all bedrooms and all bedrooms are fully screened.

Fantastic experience all around! The host is wonderful. Highly recommend it for a most elegant and peaceful stay with nature all around. The nearby sandy beach is so so beautiful and you will have it all to yourselves. Just a short walk from the house! I would also recommed the kitesurfing instructors at Coconut Bay Resort. They are truly dedicated and the conditions for kite surfing are ideal. Not to be missed.

We absolutely loved this open-concept home and its stunning ocean views from every angle. A highlight was the rooftop porch; with zero light pollution, stargazing there was a truly magical experience. The pool was fantastic—likely saltwater, as it was very gentle on the eyes.The house is perfectly situated; hearing and actually feeling the massive waves crash from the living room was unforgettable. We also made great use of the tennis courts for pickleball. The kitchen is well-appointed and conveniently integrated into the main living area, though a few extra items like measuring cups and a shot glass would be helpful additions.Bonus highlights: the beds were comfortable with high-quality linens, and having laundry onsite was a huge plus. We also loved the local "visitors"—house dog, Snow, and neighbor, Leo, and even cows grazing in the backyard!

A view like no other

What an amazing property! It starts with one of, what I believe to be, the best views on St. Lucia. Vistas of ocean and waves wrap around the house and extend up to the mountains. The house is awesome. The great room is huge and the pool is outstanding. We especially enjoyed the separate bedroom spaces. All in all a spectacular place to vacation. Just bring a book!

We stayed at Satori House in Micoud for 10 days in March. It was one of the most relaxing homes and peaceful settings I’ve ever had the pleasure to rent. The interior is open and beautiful with a perfect breeze coming off the ocean on both sides. The view is spectacular. Amazing food was available to buy right near the airport at Faye’s, so stocking up was easy. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare great meals.Our days began walking on the bluffs guided by the house dog (Snow) and then eased into swimming in the pool and sometimes the small ocean beach nearby. Lucy arranged a fantastic boating excursion with her son—a great captain. We hope to be returning soon!

Great Stay

We are a group of 4 couples and we stayed at the Satori Ocean House for a week and it was great. The location is remote but that is what we wanted. The dog, Snow, made the stay even better. There’s an easy walk to a beach that we had to our selves most days. The house had everything we needed and loved that it had similar rooms for all the couples. Lucy, the property manager, was great and easy to work with. She helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommend the Satori Ocean House!

Simply stunning

Even better than the photos, this property is beautiful, immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and well-managed. Located away from resorts on the agricultural side of the island, feels blissfullyvremote, but actually close enough to drive to all the sights, grocery stores, fisheries and local bbq. All we needed was a book and a bathing suit. The road in is slow-going, but keeps it private. We felt like locals -very lucky locals.

Perfect Getaway

One of the best vacations we have ever had. It was so beautiful and relaxing that next year we plan on renting the entire house and villas to take our family. The only complaint is that it is so secluded that if you don't have a list when going out to market you will have to wait for next trip ( is this really a complaint ) Snow is lovable. Security is great and Lucy ( property manager ) is very responsive with reply by text, but will not give you a specific answer because she wants you to make your own adventures and not lead you one way or the other.

Isolated Paradise

I rented this location for my girlfriends birthday. We had a group fo six people. From the time we arrived our host was very punctual and friendly as she led us to the villa. The views of this property are breathtaking! ! ! Pictures do not serve this villa any justice. All the couples enjoyed their seperate studio suites. Relaxing by the pool and roof top terrace was the abspulte best. We will be returning to this villa again.

Amazing Vacation House with Stunning Views!

Satori House is a beautiful property! We selected it because of the beautiful photos online and the description of the four separate king-bedroom suites as we had 4 couples travelling, and the property was even more spectacular in person! Lucy and Gibbs are phenomenal to work with - extremely friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend booking Chef Fabian for an on-site meal which was an amazing culinary experience! Snow, the house dog, makes you feel at home. He was around when we needed him to walk us down the trail to the beach, and he would come back later to get us when he knew it was time to get out of the sun. The layout of open-air kitchen and infinity pool were perfect for late afternoon fun, and the rooftop patio proved a must for sipping cocktails and watching the sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Great house with incredible views

Amazing house with incredible views! No matter which direction you look, there are breathtaking views. The house was great, the pools and open air spaces were perfect for relaxing during the day. We also took short walks to the beach (guided by Snow, the dog). At night we got a little warm because we closed the doors and no A/C, but the ceiling fans helped keep a breeze. The house manager was extremely responsive and the security guard was nice and attentive. We enjoyed the tennis court, pools and rooftop. It's a bit of a bumpy drive to get to the house but they are working on the road and it should be better soon. Faye (French restaurant and grocery) was GREAT! We got groceries there and had a wonderful lunch before our flight home.

Simply Stunning! Comfortable and Relaxing

So happy we picked the Santori Ocean House to stay at in St. Lucia. The property is gorgeous, water views from every direction and great ocean breezes the whole time. Layout is ideal for couples groups as there are separate little villas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the outdoor showers were a pleasant island surprise. Easy walk to a small private beach which we really enjoyed. Did not get to use the tennis courts but they are well kept. The pool is perfect for lounging while you look out at the ocean. Comfortable beds, reliable wifi. Great rooftop. A few divas in our party would have liked A/C in the bedrooms for sleeping but for most of us the ocean breezes were more than enough. So wonderful to be met at the airport upon arrival and escorted to the home, Lucy was so helpful to familiarize us with the property. It's not exactly in a busy part of the island, but we rather enjoyed the quiet - just a bit of a drive if you want to check out some of the more touristy things. It was great being close to the airport though. Everyone was responsive and helpful from booking to leaving - enjoyed the kind send off before we headed out. Thank you so much!

Picture Postcard Perfect

This property is all that is promised and more! It really was unbelievable how pristine the views are, paired with the true isolation of the property. If a peaceful retreat is what you seek, this is it! We rented a car so that we could explore the island and head out for the occasional dinner. Our most favorite outing was when Gibbs and his son took us for a sunset cruise complete with snorkeling, story telling and fresh fish. Other fun spots were Sugar Beach for the day (chairs available via the resort) and Island Breeze for a casual dinner outing. Lastly I highly encourage you to lean on Gibbs and Lucy for guidance on any restaurant or destination, they genuinely want you to have the most fabulous vacation and know seemingly everyone on the island, including the local home-chef options. Faye's is a must for upscale groceries. The tennis court is in fantastic condition.

Awesome property and views

Awesome property & stunning views. The place was clean and very cool design & architecture. Pool area is beautiful and the rooftop too. Was really good to have guest rooms with individual pool section. Small minor house improvements (safes not working, one door handle, fridge beeping etc..) but nothing major at all. The kitchen is outstanding too and in open concept. We hired Fabian as a private chef, highly recommend him (his IG is culinarynomade); you can contact him and will never go wrong ! just waow ! The tennis court is an a great shape too and is a good ad on the stay. Lucy is very reactive and was helpful on getting us from the airport and was very responsive. We had an awesome stay and the host is 5 star. We will comeback.

Mediocre Luxury Villa

Lucy and Gibbs were great.There should be a door to the room where the owner keeps his stuff. No need for guests to pass by on the way to/from bedroom and see this storage area. The villa is nice but not the Luxury you may expect. The lack of AC is a major problem on hot days and until the early hours of the day when the bedroom finally cools off. Sleeping under high speed fans sounds like sleeping on a plane The last mile of the road to reach the house is absolutely horrible.Pool is nice and clean. Outdoor umbrellas will be nice to have.Not providing body soap, shampoo and coffee is nothing more than poor hospitality.Be aware and get prepared for the tiny, nasty mosquitoes.My 4 stars were given just because of the wonderful experience that we had with Lucy, Gibbs and the sweet dog Snow. Otherwise, it's no more than 2 stars.

A Slice of Paradise

My family and I (6 adults) stayed at this beautiful home for 5 nights in January. In short, I couldn't imagine a more beautiful setting to celebrate my son's college graduation. The pictures that are on the listing represent the house exactly EXCEPT for the amazing breeze that flows constantly through the house. The architecture of the home is perfect for the location and we must have commented on the views 10x / day! Now, it is not super-convenient to some of the more touristy areas of the island (it took us about an hour to get to Soufriere), but we rented a car and had no trouble at all. Lucy (the house manager) was wonderful, very responsive and super helpful when we had questions.We could not have loved Snow, the dog that lives around the house, more. So sweet and helpful to show us the way to the beach (which was completely secluded and empty every time we were there).We also loved the tennis / pickleball court!The individual pods give each couple complete privacy, but the main living area is so spacious that when we gathered, we never felt crowded. The views, the views, the views!Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back!

Good house. Bad neighborhood

To start, this property is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, it is well kept and has great views. Lucy and Mr Gibbs are very nice and helped us with anything we needed including making reservations at coconut bay resort for dinner. That being said the area around the house is not so wonderful. We arrived our first night With plans to get a quick dinner at a restaurant nearby and then go to the grocery store and do most of our cooking at the house The rest of the week. Little did we know that we would be the only Americans on that side of the island. The area around the house is very run down and the grocery store was terrifying, i cant believe we walked out of there alive or with our money. Our other experiences on that side of the island were restaurants where the locals were just rude to us for no reason and the food wasnt any good. We went to the gas station and the guy came out and pumped our gas and just kept $10 of the $40 i put in for himself. Every person just was looking for a way to get money from us and were in our faces the whole trip. My recommendation would be to go to a resort on the other side of the island, they treat tourists much better over there and you wont feel like people are trying to rob or kill you the whole time. This place would be a 5 star easy if i was just reviewing the house but i believe people need to be aware of the area they are staying in before they book. I booked a room at sandals for the rest of my trip within the 1st night.
