"Cleanliness was just ok. One pillow was missing on a king size bed, Only 1 towel and 1 washcloth in bathroom, even though reservation was for 2 people. No facial tissues in bathroom, and the empty box was thrown in the shelf under the sink. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing at all hot, just some cold cereal and stale apples. There are a lot of hotels in the immediate area, so I would not stay here again. “Out of order” signs posted everywhere you turned in the building. Feels neglected"
