The house is located in a very quiet residential area, within walking distance of the Old Town, the historic town hall, and the city centre. In the other direction, it’s also close to the forest. Its location is ideal for walking and hiking, but also for business travellers looking to unwind after a busy day.

The apartment features two bedrooms, each sleeping up to two people—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be pushed together upon request; a third bed can also be added upon request), a living room (with 2 additional sleeper sofas for up to 4 more people) with an adjoining dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower.
