Was very satisfied with the staff, the room and the overall stay. I forgot to get the woman’s name who worked the front desk but she was incredibly nice and hospitable. I will remember her kindness. She and the rest of the staff made my time at Les Jardins a very memorable one. If I needed help with something or requested something, they were on top of it! Highly recommend this beautiful place

Arpoador Hotel is truly amazing! The location is perfect—beautiful, convenient, and safe. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is delicious, and the staff provides five-star service. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brazil.

"Very outdated and beaten up hotel for bearing the Sheraton brand. Spa was not very nice the steam room smelled like mold, the rooms are small and not very updated. They really need to invest in renovation. The location however is great."
