"Breakfast was delightful as they had more than I expected. In addition to the usual breakfast buffet items, they had spinach/cheese egg bites, scones, and every fixing for oatmeal, including coconut flakes, granola, pumpkin seeds, Walmart, craisins, etc. My room was good except the sink plug wasn't working. Also, I smelled pot down the hall somewhere, but how do they enforce that?"

"There was blood on the sheets, and wall , breakfast was nasty , swimming pool was dirty and cold no steps for the deep end , it was just a horrible vacation. I have all the pictures and they didn't care to give me a refund"

"Lots of things were broken or worn down. Had to make lots of trips to the front desk for missing items like bedding, towels, and having our room cards cancelled when we had another night left."

"Overall the hotel needs a good cleaning. Our room was acceptable, but the halls and elevators were dirty. The heater/cooler in our room was working, but the buttons were all crunched, there was no way to tell if the buttons I pushed were working. We fiddled with it in our room for 2 hours freezing. The front desk offered us a new room, but just then our friend came in and figured it out. The breakfast was average."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT — DO NOT STAY HERE. This was genuinely one of the WORST hotel experiences my brother and I have ever had. The problems started immediately when we arrived at 2:50 PM, only 10 minutes before check-in time. There was NO receptionist anywhere in sight. Just another couple sitting there who looked frustrated and had apparently already been waiting a long time themselves. We figured since we were slightly early it wouldn’t be a huge issue, so we sat and waited patiently. By 3:20 PM there was STILL no receptionist. I finally asked the other couple if they had spoken to anyone, and they told us the receptionist said there were no rooms ready and she had gone to “get them ready.” At around 3:40 PM the receptionist finally came back out — except SHE STILL DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE. Since my brother and I were in town for a concert, I asked if we could go grab food and come back later. She told us yes and said to come back after 4:20 PM. We even left our information with her so we could supposedly be prioritized for a room. We returned around 4:45 PM to a HUGE line of people waiting for rooms. At this point I was getting nervous, but figured we’d at least have a room because we had already spoken to her earlier and left our information. Nope. We finally got to the desk around 5:20 PM and SHE STILL DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR US. She even admitted she had one room available but “didn’t want to choose” between us and two girls who had JUST arrived no"
