With 5-star-style amenities such as game rooms, swimming pool, gym and others, they will make your stay exceed your expectations. Located in the epicenter of the best gastronomy, luxury shops and nightclubs. It is also close to Metromover stations, a few steps from the Brickell city center and only 7 miles from the airport. Our homey apartment offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. • 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. • 1 Queen bed + 1 sofa bed • 1 sofa bed + Tv • Fully equipped kitchen; • Balcony with a spectacular view; • Onsite washer and dryer; • 1 free parking spot and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other parking lots you may find). As our guest you will get access to plenty of amenities that the Residence offers: • Lushly landscaped recreation decks; • Gym; (Please be aware that the gym will be closed for a week due to maintenance, starting on November 13th. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding). • SPA; • Game room; • Pool and Jacuzzi; • On site restaurants and retail shops; • 1 free parking spot and paid valet parking for the second car (optional, as you can use other parking lots you may find). • Important: Please be inform that one of the two pools in the building is under construction at the moment, but still has a large and beautiful pool and jacuzzi available for use during your stay. There may be noise from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Please note that the parking will only fit regular size cars. Oversized vehicles won't have space to be parked. If you think your vehicle is bigger than a standard size car, please contact us before making the reservation. The apartment is not equipped with the heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, the replenishment of these items is not provided. Please be kindly advised that washcloths are not provided as well. IMPORTANT It’s very important to register ALL of the members who will be staying at our property. Please provide an ID picture the same day you book, as well as a picture of the guests that will be staying with you. If we don’t get this information before your arrival, we won't be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation, as the building will NOT allow access to unregistered guests. • Please DO NOT smoke inside $300 fine. • Try to avoid noise. Remember you are in a residential area. • If you experience any inconvenience, please let us know as soon as possible. • Check-In is at 4:00 PM – Check-Out is at 11:00 AM. If you need to request a late check out please contact us 24 hours prior and if it’s possible we will arrange it : ) It has an additional cost of $50 up to 12:00 PM, which is the latest time for checkout. \*If we have guests arriving on the same day you are leaving, we can NOT accommodate a late checkout. There is a charge equivalent to one extra night if the check-out time is not met. • It is not allowed to send packages (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property’s address. • We DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS. • Keep home items inside the house. • Turn off AC when leaving the house. • An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left in really bad conditions. The complex checked all the boxes. The unit was very spacious and had a majority of the bare essentials e.g., kitchen items, linens, towels. The swimming pools (2 in total on the 14th floor) and a hot tub were great, the water was a bit cold, definitely not a heated pool but it is Miami. Ample seating area and a food bar, albeit we did not order anything nice bonus. Many amenities near by CVS, Restaurants, Bars with great happy hours (La Alma), all within walking distance. The Brickell Mall is very close, 10 mins walking distant but tons of options for shopping and food and people watching. My wife and I stayed for 11 days in total, working 1/2 days and then enjoying each others company and meeting up with family for the 2nd part of the day. Things I would like to share and see improved by the host are better dining room table, it was a bit dated and was missing one chair to complete a set of chairs. Dressers or shelves, as my wife and I stayed for 11 days we needed to live out of suitcases, this may affect everyone but I wanted to share. Furniture, the love seat that was marketed as another area to sleep needed to be replaced as it was not functioning.Lastly the patio furniture (AWESOME PATIO by the way) has some nice furniture more along the lines of ratan. albeit was nice it was not very accommodating for people in their 50's.
