We had guests ranging from newborns to 80+ years old, and every single person commented on how lovely the home was. Since it was January in Miami, the weather was perfect, and the home’s open floor plan made indoor/outdoor entertaining seamless. The location was ideal for where our friends and family are in the area, and the parking options were perfect for our needs as well. The home is well-appointed and very comfortable. The AC worked great when needed, the rooms were overall very comfy, and the bathrooms and showers were excellent with plenty of hot water. There is very little negative to say. A few cosmetic touch-ups would help keep the home feeling fresh—specifically the baseboards and platform beds show some normal wear and tear. The towels could also use updating; while there are plenty, makeup staining is noticeable on white towels. The stovetop was not working during our stay, and I will be messaging the owner about that. The pool and hot tub were set to a warm temperature, but they couldn’t quite keep up with the cooler winter air. The pool and hot tub are the same temperature and reached about 73 degrees, which was a bit disappointing if you’re planning to swim in the winter—but that’s more Mother Nature than anything else.
