"The shades were torn and inoperable. The ceiling unfinished and caving in. The room was very dark, the only light was over the desk in a corner. Telephone was covered in dust telling us it hadn't been cleaned, let alone sanitized, in quite some time. TV remote control did not work and TV hung crookedly. Breakfast was okay. Fitness center okay. No self parking was annoying and inconvenient. Front staff was unable to make change (for valet tip). Housekeeping only offered every second day. We requested clean towels and after waiting 1 hour I had to go downstairs and get them."

"It is important to request ground floor if you have heavy luggage as there is no elevator. There was no one available to help me with luggage and it was a challenge. The breakfast buffet was good and the bar/restaurant next door was convenient since we checked in very late."
