To proceed with registration, there is a non-refundable application fee of $150 per individual (ages 18 and above). However, if you are married and can provide a copy of your marriage certificate, the total fee will be $150 for both applicants instead of $300\. This fee applies regardless of whether the unit is furnished or unfurnished, as the evaluation is a required process by the building association. The approval or denial of the application may take up to 30 days. An expedited option is available for an additional fee of $100 per application, which reduces the processing time to 5–7 business days. ➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use Bagbnb to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
