There are 3 free spots directly in front of the properly along the gray-colored gate, but keep in mind that they are shared with guests who are staying in Unit 2 of the building. Any additional parking spots are also parallel street parking spots lined up along NW 6th Ave. Please pay attention to the parking signs on the street to understand the rules and avoid being ticketed.
