A lovely totally renovated unit in Key Biscayne. Small boutique building with pool and BBQ area. 1 King size bed or 2 single size beds and 1 bath, open kitchen, dining and living room with 2 full sofa/bed. Maximum occupancy 4 people. The only unit in the Condo with Washer, dryer and dishwasher inside. Access to Key Biscayne Beach Park. Walking distance to the beach. This area is unique and exclusive family-oriented town. Sunrise Club Condo is in front of the Winn Dixie , and plenty of restaurants.

We stay in this complex when we come to Miami. Gets us away from the busyness of Miami. It is easy to walk to the point to watch the sunset, farmers market, beach access, and a nice pool.

Clean & Conveniently Located!

Stayed for 5 nights on a vacation and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip including a well-appointed kitchen, beach towels, comfortable bed, and a nice shower. The location of this place is great, everything is easily walkable, including the grocery store, and the neighborhood is very safe. The host was super responsive during our time.
