With only minutes in distance to Sunny Isles beach, Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino and closest proximity of the famous Aventura Mall, this home is perfect for a gateway! Spacious, bright and comfortable up to 8 people! a huge pool with a Jacuzzi and 2 tennis court, gym and a BBQ area to enjoy your stay! One parking included. \*THE SPACE\*: Our space was design to make you feel like you are home away from home. Our condo was a 2-bedroom with a living room/ dining room, kitchen and 2 baths. It was very clean and perfect for the two of us. Parking was close to the entrance with a second floor parking area adjacent to it. The pool was delightful and always clean. Our one disappointment was there were never enough lounges or chairs at the pool, with people “reserving” their chairs with towels. We would have to wait until someone left in order to get a chair, so we never went to the pool until the middle of the afternoon since those chairs were reserved since 8:00 am! Also we were surprised at the the traffic in Aventura - it was awful most of the time! Fortunately, the weather was perfect during our entire stay! ##### John S. Upon arrival, the apartment was impeccable. Very nice comfortable beds, nice TV and very well equipped kitchen. The host was very nice and friendly. We requested a blender which was the only thing missing and the host provided it right away. The location is great with good amenities such as a pool and gym.
