It features a plush king-size bed with luxurious goose down comforters, a twin-sized sofa bed for extra convenience, a dedicated work desk, smart TV, and all the essentials for a perfect stay. Please note: As per building rules, only 2 adult amenities passes are provided (children under 18 do not require passes or count toward the limit). Getting Around: Most guests opt for Uber or Lyft, but the Metro Mover and Metro Rail stations are conveniently located less than two blocks away, right next to Brickell City Centre. The Metro Mover is a free service that runs seven days a week, covering the Downtown Miami and Brickell areas. It connects to major destinations like Kaseya Arena (home of the Miami HEAT), Bayside Marketplace, Miami World Center, the Adrienne Arsht Center, and the Pérez Art Museum. It also links to Miami Central Station, just 10 minutes away, where you can catch the Brightline high-speed trains to West Palm Beach or Orlando. The Metro Rail provides easy access to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs through key areas including Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital area. Other Things to Note: Current Update (January 2026): Due to ongoing scheduled building repairs (July 2025 through February 2026), the main outdoor pool is closed Monday through Thursday and open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. All other amenities (gym, spa with plunge pools/steam/sauna, fitness center, etc.) remain fully available. Parking: Only Valet parking is available on the premises and operates like a hotel service (no in-and-out privileges; rates apply per exit). Current overnight rate is approximately $50–$60 + tax (higher during events/holidays — please confirm with the front desk upon arrival). For more affordable options, several public parking garages are within 1–2 blocks. You can also check services like Parkopedia, ParkWhiz, or Parking com for nearby spots. Check-In Requirements: Self check-in is not available — a host or representative must be present to meet you and facilitate entry/registration. Please provide your estimated arrival time in advance. Check-ins after 10:00 PM will incur a $50 late fee; after midnight, a $100 fee.
