Enjoy a cute backyard with palm trees, hammock, bistro set, and BBQ. Spanish-style home for 6 people or more. Open layout to offer comfort and fun. 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 baths (only 1 with shower). Very safe and low-key area. Just minutes to CocoWalk, Brickell, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, etc. Parties or events are not allowed. Pet fees apply. Free Wi-Fi & free 2 parking spots. 10 mi. to Beach! This stylish house has great energy, lots of lights, and very comfortable interior design. The house is a 2 story Spanish-style with vintage doors, Spanish tile floors, balcony, and a great outdoor space to entertain and grill. Downstairs the layout is open with colorful kitchen. There are two bathrooms; however, only the upstairs bathroom has a shower. The bedrooms are located upstairs. They represent the Yin and Yang. The Western and Eastern cultures. The female and male.... Enjoy a green and lush backyard with table, 2 chairs, hammock, and 4 burner grill. You can park up to 2 cars right in front of the property. Very peaceful, safe, and family-oriented neighborhood, walking distance to the mall, restaurants, and shops.
