However upon entry of the unit, we noticed it didn't look quite like the pictures. The rooms were extremely small, items were broken or overly worn (bathroom sink, broken lamp on the room, microwave door hits the light fixture every single time, shamppo dispenser in shower hadn't been cleaned in months, missing face towels (staff couldn't bring them until the next morning), and unfinished holes in the walls from some cosmetic work). We really wanted to stay in Brickell. But the apartment is in Little Havana. The check in was slow as the passcode provided initially was incorrect. There were multiple things broken such as the towel bar in the bathroom. Having said all this the property managers were very responsive. Which I currently have also yet to be updated on that so what feels like to me a loss of $200\. The stay itself off the bat was a headache I was sent instructions but with the lack of an updated process had to sit and wait for customer support because I was given the wrong lock box code.
