THE SPACE:

• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include TV, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities which include luxurious pools, white sand beaches, a 5-star spa, a gym, and valet service.

The hotel is currently performing construction and improvement work on one of its pool areas. During this time, other pools will remain available for guest use. Guests should be aware that the work may result in temporary impacts to certain views, as well as intermittent construction noise during permitted working hours. The scope, timing, and level of activity may vary throughout the stay and are managed by the hotel independently of LRMB.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfil a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be a quick drive away from the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transport options include biking, taxi, public transport, and Uber/Lyft.

CHECK-IN POLICY:
• Complimentary check-in: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• Check-in 7:00 PM–9:00 PM: $75 + tax fee (must be paid before arrival)
• No check-ins after 9:00 PM
• Late arrivals due to flights, traffic, weather, or other delays are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exceptions
• By booking, guests agree to these check-in terms.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• This is a privately-owned condominium unit located in the Sorrento Condominium. This unit is not operated or managed by the Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel. Guests of this residence are subject to all Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel rules and regulations and Sorrento Condominium rules and regulations.
• Valet service, upon availability, can be obtained directly at the property at the regular valet rate.
• No pets are not permitted in this residence.
• Traveller is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel/condominium operator.
• Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made.
• We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for more information.
• Payments and Refunds: All credit card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Eligible refunds are subject to a 3% administrative processing fee.
• Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
