The unit was great with a great balcony and view of the pool and water. Super comfy. The hotel/residence is amazing one of the best we stayed at. The condo itself has well appointed furnishings that provide a serene and cozy living space. The hotel itself is one of the best in area - sustainable, luxury and comfort. Our overall experience was relaxed, serene and pampered. Natalie and her team made every aspect seamless, including providing an economical option for parking. You do not need a car in this area as restaurants, nightlife, beach and activities are all easily accessible, as well as onsite. We were not real familiar with the area or where to stay. We prefered a place with a kitchen to ease food allergy concerns we have. We came across Natalie’s place on VRBO. It appeared to be everything we wanted. Well it was and then some!! We booked a ride with their driver Jose from the airport. That worked out perfectly. Natalie was easy to communicate with before arrival. There was plenty of communications sent about details apon arrival. This building is mixed use, hotel, rentals, and living. There is a separate entrance for you from the hotel. The staff goes above and beyond hoping you have the best stay. They spoil you and understand your on vacation. We loved the vibe of the rooftop. The pools. The beach. We hardly left the facility for 4 days. We highly recommend staying at 1 Hotel, in one of Natalie’s rooms. You will not regret it!!
