Great stay!

Stayed here for 6 nights and absolutely enjoyed my stay. The property is so spacious and clean and the hosts are so kind and accommodating. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and in a great location. Will definitely be back next time I’m in miami. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Very nice place to stay. Just a few steps from 8th Street, where you'll find restaurants, bars and boutiques. Everything is perfect, I recommend this place without hesitation.

Location, Location, Location!

Location was a must in our trip but, Alberto was very quick in providing assistance and replied all our questions.It is a simple house but, with easy access, secure, all the amenities a family of 4 may need. There are grocery stores, restaurants, bus, touristic stops and within 3 to 5 blocks. I definitely recommend Alberto's place!

Love it here!

This was our second time to stay and we loved it even more. Its a cozy welcoming place where we are able to walk to restaurants and stores. The locked gate and personal parking space make it a safe area with no worries. We will be back!

Fantastic place to experience Little Havana

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great value and location. We had everything we needed and then some. We didn't have a car with us, but if we did we would have been able to keep it behind a security gate. That is very reassuring.

Trip to Explore Miami and see family

We had a great time touring the local area with the help of a family friend. He guided us around town and we enjoyed some fabulous food and Cuban coffee. We went on our own to visit the Coconut Grove area. Try the Green Street restaurant for lamb chops and the Salt and Straw for hand made ice cream. The home was clean and was just the right size for the two of us. We only had a cup of coffee in the morning as we ate out Do not hesitate to stay in this lovely cottage. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfectly located, in the heart of Little Havana.

The communication with Alberto was fabulous. From the instructions to tips for excursions and going out. The accommodation was equipped with every comfort, clean, centrally located, and offered beach amenities like a cooler and beach umbrella. Additionally, parking was available in the driveway. We were only there for three nights, but could have stayed longer. So, gladly again. Thank you once more.

Great place to enjoy Little Havana

We came as a family and had a wonderful time. The check in process was an easy one with great instructions sent prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, we were sent a list of recommendations for restaurants, to ice cream shop, etc. in the neighborhood that are walking distance Which we did take the recommendation of the ice cream shop, called Azucar. The home was clean and also had helpful information right on the desk to answer our questions. They even left a frame as a gift to take home that says “Llttle Havana 25” on the frame. Which we filled with a great family picture in front of Azucar. Overall, a great experience and would recommend to others. Very nice and communicative hosts.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! Our family of 4 including 2 teenagers stayed here. The place is clean and comfortable. Our daughter liked that she had her privacy in the twin bed in the nook. The outdoor space is nice! We enjoyed the lights at night. Communication with the owners is fast and helpful. We did not have a car however it is a short walk to Calle Ocho with many great places to eat. We walked about a mile to a shenandoah pool. It costs $3 and is a great place to swim. We also walked about 2 miles to Vizcaya Museum. We would stay here again!

Great location!

We have visited Miami several times -staying in Homestead and Miami Beach. I wanted to explore a different area and this Casita was the perfect location. We walked each day to El Pub for coffee and Empanadas for breakfast and restaurants on Calle Ocho for dinner and drinks after. We loved this location! We also visited Key Biscayne and Vizcaya which were pretty much a straight drive from this location. The host was very communicative- let us know when the property was ready (early) and gave us suggestions of restaurants and helped me find a local laundromat (we were heading to Miami Beach after). The casita is good size -not perfect but very clean which is most important and a very good value. The host also provides a cooler ( we took cold water with us each day which saved us money), beach towels and even a beach umbrella. I was on vacation so I didn't cook but there were plenty of spices and kitchen supplies. It was probably the best supplied VRBO kitchen I have been in, in a long time.We would definately stay here again!
