It features a plush king-size bed with luxurious goose down comforters, a twin-sized sofa bed for extra convenience, a dedicated work desk, smart TV, and all the essentials for a perfect stay. Please note: As per building rules, only 2 adult amenities passes are provided (children under 18 do not require passes or count toward the limit). It also links to Miami Central Station, just 10 minutes away, where you can catch the Brightline high-speed trains to West Palm Beach or Orlando. The Metro Rail provides easy access to Miami International Airport (MIA) and runs through key areas including Kendall, South Miami, Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and the Civic Center/Jackson Memorial Hospital area. Other Things to Note: Current Update (January 2026): Due to ongoing scheduled building repairs (July 2025 through February 2026), the main outdoor pool is closed Monday through Thursday and open only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Parking: Valet parking is available on the premises and operates like a hotel service (no in-and-out privileges; rates apply per exit). Current overnight rate is approximately $50–$60 + tax (higher during events/holidays — please confirm with the front desk upon arrival). For more affordable options, several public parking garages are within 1–2 blocks. You can also check services like Parkopedia.com, ParkWhiz.com, or Parking.com for nearby spots.
