Inside you'll find a cozy and elegant atmosphere that is highly comfortable - perfect for a tranquil family getaway or any special occasion. This Smart home features air conditioning on each floor, integrated E Locks for security, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is conveniently located within walking distance of the famed Miracle Mile – a hot spot with the best restaurants and stores in town. With really easy access to anywhere in the city, you'll be sure to properly experience all that the area has to offer. After a day of exploring, come back and take a dip in the villa's private swimming pool – the perfect place to cool down and watch the sunset. A stay at Spacious 4-bedroom house promises to be an unforgettable experience.  
2 special house rules in our houses:  
\-we have to be respectful of neighbors avoiding noise and keeping music to low level specially in the pool area and in front of the house.From 9pm to 9am noise is forbidden.  
\-Please refrain from cleaning make up w towels, after that towels have to be disposed ; only toilet paper down the toilets, they have small necks and clog easily.  
  
Luxury electric vehicles available for rent during your stay with home charging included:  
Rivian SUV $ 230 a day  
Pool can heated under request ; the daily fee is $35.  
The house can be rented monthly during the summer june- july for a special rate of US$18,800.00
