We have NEVER had such a bad experience. I reached out to MVR at least 4 or 5 times the day before and the day we were due to check-in to confirm my reservation and request an early check in. I received the same standard reply from an bot each time and could not reach a human. Finally, at check-in time, I hadn’t received the room code and couldn’t reach anyone. MRV went radio silent. The hotel staff was very helpful and gave us a key card to access the room anyway. As my husband was taking our bags up to the room, I received a random message stating that our ENTIRE STAY HAD JUST BEEN CANCELLED. The claim was that the AC hadn’t been working properly and they didn’t want to inconvenience us. However, my husband reached the room before we received this message and THERE WERE STILL PEOPLE IN IT, with an AC that was working just fine. MRV lied. We were literally in the lobby of the hotel, having flown across the country with limited choices to stay on a Friday night in Miami. Do not use this company to book the Arya EVER! ##### Rhett R.
